Salamat

    1. Hi Cubes,

If willing mag-sponsor ng work visa yung company mo, aayusin nila yung “Certificate of Eligibility” (COE).

So ayun, tataggal ng 1 month to 3 months yung processing. Swertihan din talaga. 🙂

Ung company o ikaw?

      2. Hi Cubes,
About sa tirahan, laging company to company basis.
May mga company na nag-ooffer ng dorm sa mga employee (minsan libre, minsan subsidized lang), meron din sagot nila yung hotel for a few months (relocation allowance) and minsan naman ikaw mismo mag-aarrange ng apartment mo. Mas maganda kung matanong mo ito agad sa kanila during the hiring process para hindi sayang oras niyo parehas.

Yung first company ko sa Japan, meron silang office sa Ortigas so doon ako nagwork habang naghihintay ng COE ko.

  2. For tech jobs, Japan is definitely the place to be. The future is there because of a huge demand-supply gap. And this situation is getting worse because of the declining and aging population.

Many Japanese companies are looking for tech employees from overseas. This has created many job opportunities for overseas tech workers. Some of the helpful companies are job boards like EJ (https://www.employmentjapan.com) and recruitment companies like ReachExt (www.reachext.co.jp).

Being in a place where there is a huge demand for your skills and experience is a great opportunity for the career growth.
